The oversized impeller is a component designed to increase the cooling capacity of the system.
The Kit is made of black anodized 6082 aluminum with a special base that lifts the lid increasing the flow rate (hydrodynamically tested) of the coolant by 40% and improving heat exchange.
All the impeller profiles have been designed to avoid unpleasant cavitation phenomena.
This modification allows the bike to be put less (thermally) under less stress during hot periods without compromising anything during cold periods since the thermostatic valve is able to compensate for the increase in cooling (simply by remaining more closed).
To increase the flow rate at the same engine speed, a simple increase in the surface area of the impeller blades is used, obtained thanks to the insertion of a special spacer placed between the engine base and the cover. water pump .
Therefore the radiator fan will start much less and will also remain on less, with significantly lower operating temperatures with the advantage of optimal cooling of the motorcycle.
The Kit can be mounted on all Lc4 engines:
KTM 690 Enduro/ SMC 2008- 2023
Ktm 690 Duke 2008 - 2016
HUSQVARNA 701 Enduro/ Supermoto 2016 - 2023
Gas Gas SM 700 - Enduro 2022 - 2023
The Kit includes :
Increased Impeller
Thickness 6mm
Gaskets 2 (Thickness – Pump Cover)
Long Bolts
Centering Bushings

May I know how much it is and the postage to Malasya. It is a good Tool for the cooling system since we are in tropical zone
Just fitted mine. Excellent quality parts and quick, tracked shipping. Can't ask for more
Hi, pump kit installed and can say has made a huge, difference in keeping the temp lower and more stable - i had a local shop here called fistbumpcustom install it - they are quite well skilled in the larger KTMs
Super. Lit it works well on my 990 am lots better in town the fan doesn't come on like before
and for the pump talk with Tonino Ambrosano. the tsunami pump upgrade is working really well
