Clutch actuator for KTM 690 and other models (Husaberg and Husqvarna)

As a technical improvement, we have increased the piston stroke by 2 mm on our cylinder 690, making the piston 1mm thinner and the cylinder 1mm deeper. This eliminates clutch pressure rod issues as much as possible.
Fully anodized solid body; available in the colours: black, orange, silver and blue.
Piston and housing made of high-quality F50 aluminum (aeronautical aluminum).
The sliding surface of the cylinder is also subjected to a of surface compaction after CNC turning, which produces a smoother and more resistant surface (roll burnishing).
As a result, the piston seals wear less, ensuring a longer seal. In addition, the frictional force between the piston seal and the cylinder (sliding surface) is significantly reduced.

The force to be applied when actuating the clutch is also reduced.
