The silver version is coated with hard, particularly wear-resistant paint.
High quality F50 aluminum piston and housing
After CNC turning, the sliding surface of the cylinder is also subjected to a surface compaction process which produces a smoother and more resistant surface (roller burnishing).
As a result, the piston seals wear less, ensuring a longer seal. In addition, the friction force between the piston seal and the cylinder (sliding surface) is significantly reduced.
It also reduces the force you need to apply when operating the clutch.
